Refunds and Cancellations
Because our work is based on time, expertise, and coordination with third parties, we maintain the following refund policy:

If a consultation appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

If a project is canceled by the client after initiation, FEWDLLC reserves the right to invoice for completed work and withhold a portion of prepayments to cover labor and coordination efforts.
