FEWDLLC LLC is a service-based company. We do not manufacture or sell physical products. Our offerings include aftermarket support, vendor coordination, project management, facility services, and technical consultation. As such, all engagements are customized, contractual, and service-driven.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because our work is based on time, expertise, and coordination with third parties, we maintain the following refund policy:

✅ Consultation & Assessment Services

  • If a consultation appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.

✅ Project-Based Services

  • For project-based engagements (e.g. vendor coordination, facility management, project execution), refunds are governed by the signed service agreement for that project.

  • Any refundable amounts will depend on the scope of work completed and non-recoverable costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

  • If a project is canceled by the client after initiation, FEWDLLC reserves the right to invoice for completed work and withhold a portion of prepayments to cover labor and coordination efforts.

  • Costs incurred through third-party vendors or suppliers on your behalf are non-refundable, as those relationships are governed by their own terms and conditions.
